Good Wednesday Morning, May 28, 2008
Hello Everyone,
Today is Wednesday Morning, May 28, 2008. It is a day #5.
A few notes...
1. Grades 1-3 will be taking the Terra Nova Tests this week through Thursday. These are comprehensive tests to measure students' progress in reading and in math.
2. The AVCS Middle School Band and Chorus will perform for us today at 1:00pm in the AFES gym. This will be an exciting event for our students, as well as the middle school students who are performing. It will also give our elementary chorus and band students some excitement and vision for what they can expect when they get to the middle school.
3. The National Spelling Bee, which started on Sunday and will run through Friday will be televised on ESPN. See the National Spelling Bee link for details. http://www.spellingbee.com/
